Join our team of HR Administrators supporting an external client by providing administrative HR services covering the area of payroll, recruitment, contracts and personnel administration. Position is located in Prague.
- Data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems
- Creation of official HR documents
- Processing of emails and possibly phone calls from employees
- Active contribution to knowledge sharing within the team
- Active participation in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
- Performance of ad hoc tasks when necessary
- Minimum bachelor's degree from an university of repute
- Collage background in the area of human resources
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of logical thinking & problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and responsibilities
- Capable of dealing with all levels of management, client executives, and client representatives
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken)
