The job?
- You will support our sales engineers and customers concerning technical product specifications, capabilities and applications (via phone, e-mail, and occasional personal visits).
- You help answer questions, solve problems, and take on an advising role
- You will give continuous internal product training to new and existing employees in order to assure the best quality service that can be offered.
