Job description
Currently we are seeking an enthusiastic personalities with excellent command of English who are focused on customer care, to held the Technical Support Analyst role.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good general IT knowledge
- Perfect telephone manner
- 'Can do' attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Availability to work in 2 shifts work system.
- Good organisational and problem solving skills
Desirable skills:
- Experience in working as a customer service representative
- Experience of working with the LAMP stack
- Knowledge of Moodle, Totara LMS or other e-learning applications
