EPAM Systems seeks IT Professionals to join development team for a world-leading technology company. IT specialists will tackle development of rich, data-driven web applications utilizing power of cloud-based infrastructure. As a part of a team, you will work on your own application, taking responsibilities of communication, development, testing and delivering it to the client.
Currently we are looking for a dedicated Lead Recruiter/ Team Lead to deliver hands-on recruitment service and to run a team of experienced recruiters to support staffing for EPAM Katowice office.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter/ Team Lead, you will perform planning, execution and control of the staffing process in Katowice location, contribute to hiring processes by sharing best practices and providing the highest level of sourcing, screening, and staffing. The TA Lead Recruiter/Team Lead will work closely with other TA Team Leads, Business/ Resource Managers from selected unit to help building robust, effective and scalable staffing processes.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter/Team Lead, you will be expected to apply previous high volume project management skills in the area of hiring and staffing in software production/outsourcing industry. In this role, you will be a key contributor with a significant impact on team and recruitment delivery.
- Working with Resource/ Hiring Managers to fulfil vacancies through the different source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire;
- Liaison with Business / Resource Managers to ensure smooth recruitment process;
- Meet defined SLA’s and ensure team performance;
- Meet individual and team KPIs;
- Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates ;
- Building positive atmosphere and collaborative culture within and between the teams;
- Coaching, motivating and developing the team in order to ensure the best leverage of their skills and potential;
- Handling escalations;
- Providing input to reporting;
- Active engagement in local recruitment marketing & brand building initiatives;
- Foresee possible risks and take steps to mitigate or prevent them.
- Strong recruitment experience;
- Experience in people management / leadership is a plus;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in IT industry recruitment;
- Expert in sourcing techniques and tools;
- In-depth knowledge of IT market;
- Excellent negotiation, presentational and communication skills;
- Ability of work independently and within tight timescales and to the deadline;
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach;
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
