Who is Service desk agent?
As an employee of the 1st Support Line, you will be responsible for receiving, solving and monitoring problems reported by customers via telephone and email. As an IT employee, you'll answer, for example, about network failures or system overloads and your main task will be to help the user and ensure that his problem is soon resolved. If the problem is more complicated, it is forwarded to employees of the 2nd support line.
Responsibilities:
- Contact with clients via phone or in writing,
- Classification, handling and solutioning tickets at 1st level,
- Constant contact with resolver groups,
- Establishing and maintaining long-term positive relationships with clients,
Requirements:
- Help desk experience and IT knowledge will be an asset
- Fluent English and German-speaking and writing (min. C1 Level)
- Unusual communication skills and customer orientation
- Systems orientated and processed driven.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy fast paced services environment handling multiple demands at one time.
