JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Polish recruitment partner to join our team, whose task will be to establish contacts and find employees from Poland who are interested in working in Finland.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active search for employees
- Mapping the Polish labour
- market and creating a database
- Recruiting suitable candidates
- Supporting Polish workers in taking up employment in Finland
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Experience in recruitment or long-term experience in the construction or industrial sector is an advantage
- Good command of English language
- Sense of duty and integrity
- A team player who is result-oriented
- Good stress tolerance, persuasion and communication
