At Robin, we act as intermediaries between job seekers from the European Union and employment agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our mission is to provide a free service that helps job seekers live and work abroad. As a Remote Polish Recruiter, you'll be an essential part of this journey.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Support blue-collar job seekers on their journey to living and working abroad.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.
- Efficiently gather and organize crucial information and documents to complete comprehensive profiles for job seekers.
- Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements for individuals seeking employment abroad in blue-collar positions.
- Collect valuable feedback from job seekers post-employment to enhance our services.
- Manage and update the internal database, specifically focusing on blue-collar job seekers.
- Utilize your language proficiency to translate diverse content from English to Polish.
- Explore alternative channels and strategies for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
- Emphasize effective communication with a sales-oriented perspective to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Think creatively and employ innovative approaches to identify, approach, and recruit candidates for blue-collar positions.
- Foster out-of-the-box thinking to adapt to the dynamic challenges of the recruitment process in the blue-collar job market.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Polish (preferably native speaker) and English is a must for effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a client-oriented approach are essential.
- Tech-savviness and a reliable internet connection are prerequisites for flexible virtual work.
- Previous customer support and recruitment experience, particularly in blue-collar jobs, is highly desired.
- In-depth knowledge of the Polish job market, understanding its intricacies and unique challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting Polish individuals for blue-collar positions.
- Bonus-driven attitude, showing a desire to earn more and achieve results.
- Ability to quickly understand tasks, conduct fast searches, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Demonstrates simplicity, proactivity, and a straightforward approach to handling tasks and interactions.
- Exhibits self-competition and a personal drive to surpass achievements.
- Takes initiative without constant guidance, showcasing independence.
- Efficient time management, handling multiple tasks without compromising quality
