Office Purchasing and Administration Specialist
Location: Belgia, Antwerp
Job description
- Sourcing quality and low-cost suppliers
- Ordering in a timely fashion approved office equipment, furniture, and supplies etc.
- Scheduling and receiving deliveries.
- Coordinating office cleaning company and utilities/amenities
- Coordinating with building management
- Other administration and general affairs tasks
- Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- You should have a Bachelor degree or equivalent is business administration or similar
- Very good English language
- A flexible mind and willingness to be helpful
