The Office Assistant is a crucial person for our operations. You will be a first contact person, a representative of the company, a trusted, who is expected to be independent in thinking and reliable and ingenious in action. We look for a self-starter with a problem-solving approach. Person who is very organized, creative, open, patient with attention to details. The main group of tasks contain: administration, office maintenance, invoice and payroll (partly), onboarding process and employee’s support, solving accommodation needs. Scope of task is very wide and challenging, that is why we will list only few:
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administrative support;
- Maintenance of the office from day to day work to monthly reports;
- Providing substantive support to members of our team and management crew;
- Various tasks from HR, reporting, ensuring the document and information flow;
- Onboarding arrangements for new employees;
- Various tasks from HR field, reports including headcount, cost spreadsheets, invoices flow, pay- rolling (you will be very closely cooperating with our accounting subcontractor);
- Follow up of the budgetary targets set
- Person in the Office Assistant position should have previous experience in the office work.
- Previous experience in international company is well seen.
- Polish Labour Code and EU laws regarding employment of foreigners in Poland knowledge is an asset.
- Advanced English and Polish as work is performed in both languages; interest in Nordic cultures is an asset.
