Multilingual Speaker
You are a customer-service oriented person who, beside your language, is also fluent in English? Are you a problem solver with enhanced soft skills? Your task is to:
- Provide front-line customer service/tech support.
- Help the customer to get the best service while troubleshooting their issues.
- Follow through the requested processes until the issue is resolved.
- Manage the length of the calls ensuring minimum consumer inconvenience.
