Merchant Service Advisor with Polish and English

Opis stanowiska
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
Wymagania
- Excellent knowledge of Polish.
- Good knowledge of written English language is a must.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in client services will be considered a huge advantage.
