Your role

We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- support our T&R Services function in operational and daily business matters
- create clear and & convincing presentations
- help prepare meetings & events and take accurate meeting minutes
- track, manage and follow up on actions items and deliverables with (senior) stakeholders
- provide insightful analysis of Risk and Operational Services data and trends
- challenge processes and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain and update key documents
- monitor and report performance against agreed measures to make sure we stay on track
- manage small projects from start to finish
Your team
You’ll be working in the Talent & Recruiting Business Management and Support team in Krakow. We’re a small team working closely with Talent & Recruiting stakeholders and the business management team in Zurich. In your role you will support the T&R Services Cost, Risk and Governance team in their day-to-day business and you will have interaction with talent & recruiting team members around the world.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in a role like this or in a similar field
- excellent knowledge of office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- ability to manage a wide range of tasks with different timelines and priorities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and maybe in German
- ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data
- strong interpersonal skills
You are:
- motivated by exceeding expectations (wow, that really looks great)
- able to effectively prioritize, delegate and troubleshoot to support team deliverables
- proactive, detail-oriented and can anticipate needs
- not just focused on delivering, but always thinking about what we can do better
