- Collecting and filling any HR-related data into our internal systems
- Preparing newsletters and maintaining communication with HR teams worldwide
- Data validation and ensuring high data quality within all HR systems
- Preparing reports and analyses in Excel and PowerPoint
- Mapping and improving internal processes
- Designing new HR processes
- Cooperation with the HR project team
- Preparing manuals and training sessions for HR teams
- Fluent German skills (speaking & writing)
- English skills (B2 speaking & writing)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to details
