Your role
Are you an analytic thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Provide technical expertise in designing, building and testing core tools for the internal clients within HR area.
- Deliver complex ad-hoc reports / queries, which may include coding and programming, in partnership with the HR teams
- Build and automate (where possible) a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, including headcount, flows, diversity, performance and other HR related topics
- Turn data into an asset across the organization
- Collaborate across business units, providing thought leadership and driving day-to-day implementation of the analytics strategy
- Design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support innovation initiatives
Your team
You’ll be working in the HR Development sub team of HR Reporting & Analytics team.
We are responsible for the delivery of HR reporting and analysis; for ensuring HR data adheres to data management policies, processes and quality; and for providing support in the delivery of core cycle and other annual cycles to aligned Business Divisions. Our team is spread across the world with the largest groups in London, Zurich, New York and Krakow.
This role will be located in our office at Czerwone Maki Street.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- A university degree in IT, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Finance related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient skills in MS Office especially Excel, Access and VBA for MS Applications
- Skills in Business Intelligence tools (Business Object, OBIEE, OTBI, OBIA etc.)
- SQL / PL SQL knowledge (Oracle is preferred) would be an asset
- Strong service delivery focus
- Experience of working with international clients
- Skills in understanding requests and communicate results effectively
- Experience in Predictive Analysis, Statistical & Econometric modelling is an additional asset
You are:
- A strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
- Fluent in English
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Assertive to liaise with clients and manage relationships
