German Speaking Tech Support Representatives
Job Description:
- To handle incoming calls, Chats & emails covering a range of customer services in a prompt and proficient manner, acquiring all information to ensure first-time resolution of transaction
- To answer customer questions and provide with relevant information
- To represent client in professional and positive manner in all situations
- To successfully complete other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German & English
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Excellent communication, listening and phone skills with a strong customer service focus and an attention to detail.
- Advanced Tech skills and familiarity with new Technologies
