For one of our Client, we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Candidates for the role of
Generalist Recruiter with English
Location: Prague
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver recruitment services to the Client (on-site recruitment within the HR department of the Client) with accordance to the agreed procedures
- Supporting Managers in preparing and developing the appropriate sourcing strategy for recruited roles
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet Clients ‘requirements
- Maintaining recruitment systems and databases accurately
- Taking part in selection of additional preferred suppliers, measuring the performance of suppliers, implementation of creative direct delivery methods when required
- Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business and trends in business demand
- Providing a high level of Candidate care, building and maintaining a collaborative relationships with HR Managers
- Organizing effective recruitment delivery and various attractive strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively
- Deliver results against client’s SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of recruitment within various roles (on-site or agency recruitment experience); experience in meeting Client’s requirements for single and volume hiring would be an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English – is a must
- Experience in the use of various recruitment tools (selection and assessment), databases and knowledge of sourcing tools (also the use of Social Media)
- Deep understanding and proven experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies in order to meet clients’ requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, negotiation skills
- Experience in f2f interviewing (including competency based interviews)
- Broad knowledge in at least one market sector (IT, Finance, SSC/BPO would an asset)
- A positive can-do attitude towards change and innovation
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
