Our Client is planning to build a new pipeline system across the Black Sea to
supply natural gas to southern Europe. The pipeline system will extend from the Russian coast at Anapa to a landfall on the Bulgarian coastline near Varna.

Job description
Position summary:
The applicant is required but no limited to
- schedule and coordinate appointments and conferences for Field Service staff or other
- parties such as clients, vendors, etc.
- liaise with related company personnel and manage car rental, air travel/ hotel
- arrangements for Field Service Staff.
- daily update and issue required project documentation such as production reports, time
- sheets, QC reports, etc.
- coordinate with the head office and branches for visa processing and other PR related
- activities such as security pass applications, labour cards, labour contracts, company letters
- perform general clerical duties (e.g filing, typing, photocopying, sorting mails and distribution,it to the appropriate staff).
- prepare delivery and return notes of equipments and instruments
Requirements
Personal Education:
The applicant should possess a degree in Office or Business Management or should be able to provide true references of his past years’ experience in a similar position. The applicant shall:
- be computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office, E-Mail and Internet use
- possess good command of English and/or Bulgarian, spoken and written; this is essential!
- possess an international driving license
We offer
Work Timings:
The production of the quad field joints onshore and the later offshore pipelay campaigns require a continuous work pattern of 24 hours per day in 2 shifts, 7 days per week. The applicant will work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for 8 continuous weeks on the job and will then return home for 4 weeks holiday. The applicant will work day or night shift as required with as less change as possible.
No vacation outside the regular off turns will be allowed.
The Company will cover all travel expenses (air fares, in country travel Bulgaria), living and catering expenses for the applicant for the time of work on the project.
The project will require staff to be based in Bulgaria from
01 July 2014 until 31 May 2015. The full duration of the project will be until 31 December 2015.
