Your role
Are you passionate about helping your clients get the right outcome? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? We are looking for someone who will:
- support the Divisional Head of Investment Bank Recruiting in all administrative matters and liaise with senior stakeholders across the globe
- manage calendar, taking into account complex diaries and global time zones
- organize and prepare meetings, conference calls and assist with arrangements for offsites and townhalls
- prepare agenda for regular meetings and write minutes as required
- organize international travel arrangements and process invoices and expenses
- providing candidate administration support where necessary (Avature, interview scheduling etc.)
- support senior management with preparing ad hoc recruitment presentations, reporting and project tasks
Your team
You’ll be working in the Talent & Recruiting Business Management and Support team in Krakow. We’re a small team working closely with the recruiting teams around the world. Our role is to support the global divisional recruiting functions in their day-to-day business. In your role, you will work closely with the Divisional Head of Investment Bank Recruiting based in London.
Your experience and skills
You have
- at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience/ personal assistant in an international environment
- excellent organizational skills with an innate sense of how to prioritize and be proactive
- a reliable working style with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- good knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- excellent command of English
You are:
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- flexible and able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- able to work independently and with flexible hours, when needed
- interested in Recruitment and project management
