Main activities:

Provide technical support services for Customer Operations (CO) organization and for Nokia end customers all around the world

Provide onsite/remote support for NPI (New Product Introduction)

Work with real equipment (problem reproduction, test execution) at customer site and Nokia laboratory

Prioritize reported problem reports together with R&D
-
Work closely with R&D and relevant teams to investigate product faults and drive correcting process
-
Work for customer case handling and follow the E2E solution process

Providing trainings and certifications
-
Developing/proposing improvements in SW quality (features, tools)

Strong technical background in mobile radio systems (WCDMA and/or LTE)

Solid IP skills, CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus

Very good in spoken and written English as well as good communication skills
