Due to its development of the market, we are looking for people fluent in Bulgarian, Hungarian or Romanian for the position of:
Customer Service Specialist
During your work you will be responsible inter alia for supporting the customers, who bought the domain, what to transfer the domain, or wants to buy another products to support his business online.
Requirements:
- fluent knowledge of the Bulgarian or Hungarian language
- computer literate
- interest in internet services especially in creating and administering websites will be an asset
- ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday in two shifts between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- communication and interpersonal skills
- team work skills
- pro-customer orientation
- experience in customer service is an advantage
