Customer Service Representative with Polish
Location: Czechy, Brno
Job description
- Daily communication with customers via phone and email in Polish language.
- Providing information to customers, help them with registration and managing their profiles in database.
- Checking applications and duplicities.
- Registering, handling, answering and escalation of customer queries in information system.
- Order processing.
Requirements
- Native speaker of Polish language (daily usage in written and verbal form).
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a big advantage.
- Professional manners, focus on customers.
- User knowledge of MS Office.
- Organization skills, proactive attitude, stress resistance, effective learning skills.
- Start date: as soon as possible
