Customer Service Representative with fluent German
Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high level support service by providing timely communication and effective issue resolution
  • Resolving Customers requests and queries via phone, email with accordance to agreed internal procedures and service standards
  • Provide ongoing support to online advertisers for all of their queries
  • Billing and payment processing if needed
  • Identify, analyze, evaluate and prioritize Customers' problems and potential complaints
  • Provide product insights and feedback from Customers to engineering

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English - is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of German - is a must
  • Practical experience in order management / customer service would be an asset
  • Easiness in establishing contacts with people
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as enjoying being part of a team
