Facebook is seeking a Polish speaking Client Partner to sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to large advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling both offline advertising as well as cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Facebook's growth. This position is located in Dublin, Ireland.
- Build relationships with key decision makers at prospective clients which Facebook currently has little or no relationship with
- Your key role will be to convince clients to advertise with Facebook through phone, web based conferences, and at times in face to face meetings
- Develop and grow relationships with key agency partners
- Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain both brand and direct research advertising budgets
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
- Reporting into the Sales Manager of Global Marketing Solutions
- The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, quality of advertising recruited, and value added to the team
- Represent Facebook at key industry events and speak publicly on behalf of our company
- 3-5 years of Media Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
- Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies preferred
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals
- Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment
