As part of our virtual Customer Service Team, you will help to deliver a high-quality customer experience through a friendly, quick resolution and support offering.
Use Good Judgement! Our customers' post order queries vary (eg: returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status), and require our Agents to operate quickly, navigating calmly through multiple systems whilst remaining calm, showing empathy and exceptional listening skills to repeatedly deliver confident and suitable solutions at the first time of contact.
Adapt & Grow! Our customers are constantly expanding, and we need you to thrive within an ever-changing market so that we can continually maintain and deliver great customer satisfaction. Being flexible and embracing learning new technologies and strengthening skills.

Training- Upon joining Wayfair you will have a 3-week training program to help set you up for success. Focusing initially on Chat, SMS and Email tools, as well as how to smoothly navigate our systems; but your training will not stop there, our Service Managers will support your ongoing personal development through continuous coaching and mentoring helping you unlock your potential.
As an entry level position, we will provide you with all the tools and support to be successful within Wayfair and your career ambitions; but your drive, motivation and open mind to continuously learn and absorb new skills, technologies, and change will be critical.
As well as:
- B2 level German language & fluency in the English Language (both written and spoken).
- Being a great listener, with strong communication and a resilient mindset.
- Ability to work on your own, with the support of a virtual team.
- Enjoying, problem solving and a passion for helping people.
- A strong and constant home internet connection.
