Responsible for high quality support for all business functions at Client’s sites running live on MS Dynamics AX ERP System in the EMEA region, specifically France, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa and UAE. The position also entails to develop the culture of continuous improvement across the organization by developing and implementing projects to work towards benchmarking and achieving optimum results.
Responsible for the functional support rendered to the end users which means issue resolution and continued training on improved processes
- Key conduit of communication between the AX Support Manager, and super users/end users
- Involved with the Business Transformation Team to analyze, design, develop, test and implement, the project portfolio for continuous improvement
- Relationship management and regular communication with all the stakeholders i.e. end users, super users, subject matter experts, vendors, is very essential
- Strong technical and functional skills, especially related to ERP (Dynamics AX) systems
- Multi-lingual, fluent in English, and other languages like French will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good listening skills
- Result oriented, adaptability and ability to learn quickly
