As Administration Assistant you are the backbone of the Intermodal Planning team and share in the responsibility to deliver an ultimate customer experience to our blue chip customer and its customers in terms of unparalleled customer service and operational excellence.
You work in an international, dynamic, and at times hectic environment where you support the team with various administrational tasks such as administrative processing of data into the operational computer system, maintaining an efficient computer system so that the correct course of the drivers' tasks is visible, costs creation and registration of the supplier's costs and correct debt collection process towards customers, dealing with invoices and otherduties which may reasonably be required by your manager.

- Have good command of Polish and English language, additional European languages are preferred;

- Are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills;
