We are Norwegian company Wofi AS. We are working in Kristiansand in Norway installing pipes and machinery on treatment plant on Odderøya (Small island near center of Kristiansand). Our job is mounting process equipment and welding stainless steel pipes & pipefitting.
Welder

We are in need of 3 welders who can perform welding on stainless steel pipes that are 2 – 3 mm thick by WPS 141 – 8 – 1 & 141 – 8 – 2. If they can weld with WPS 111, that is a big +.
Welders may have to work as pipefitters in short periods of time. Welders have to have welding licenses for those welding procedures that I listed earlier. I have put a couple of pictures of examples of licenses that welders should have.
THE LICENSES HAVE TO BE ACTIVE! If licenses are over 6 months old, they have to have a stamp on them that confirms that these welding licenses are active. ( as according to regulations of welding documentation).
Wymagania
- Speak and understand English, Russian and possibly Swedish or Norwegian if they can ( there is a language bonus in salary based on English and Swedish and Norwegian languages)
- Active welding licenses that allows them to weld stainless steel pipes by WPS 141-8-1 & 141-8-2 (with confirmation stamps on them if licenses are more than 6 months old
- Own car to drive from home to work that is about 7km one way (about 15 km driving all together per day)
- Pay for Your own food

- Living for workers in apartment/ House, 2 - 3 persons per room
- Beds, towels, equipment for kitchen
- Working tools and clothes and welding equipment
- Company refunds the money for the first ticket that worker buys when he comes to work first time. Other refunds for temporary home travelling are included in monthly salary that is based per hours that worker have worked
- Salary per hour is 211 Nok before taxes. ( language bonus and knowledge of work can raise the hourly rate after short period of time)
- Salary is payed every 10th day of following month to the bank account that is given us by workers
- Working weeks are 54 hours a week, and working rotations are 6 weeks work, 2 weeks home
We need welders here as soon as possible and we have work for them until the end of this year for sure. Next year’s work and eventual continuing of the contract will be discussed if worker proves his abilities worthy.
