Job description
The Role
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled and ambitious and web designer to join the Marketing team. The Web Designer will develop creative ideas and styles, helping to choose and deliver the appropriate designs to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Working to briefs agreed with the UK or International Marketing Manager;
- Developing close working relationships with website developers who specialise in Drupal and WordPress;
- Working with UK marketing executives to understand their business goals and deliver attractive designs appropriate for diverse target audiences;
- Working on multiple tasks, often to strict deadlines, in a calm and well-organised manner;
- Designing for new websites, as well as helping to drive continuous improvement to a portfolio of around 100 company websites;
- Occasional print projects when required, such as product brochures, adverts etc.
Essential requirements:
- A degree or similar qualification in web design or graphic design with a web focus;
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in web design, ideally working with developers of popular content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal and WordPress;
- Strong understanding of website accessibility and usability principles;
- A basic understanding of CSS and HTML principles;
- Skilled with relevant software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc;
- An understanding of Bootstrap framework principles;
- Commitment to your own professional development;
- Good written and spoken English.

- Basic salary 3000 to 6000 PLN depending on skills and experience;
- After a probationary period, generous monthly bonus scheme based on performance.
