- Managing Value Stream through:- focus on customer satisfaction (meeting customer milestones, quality deliverables)- manage cross-functional VS team to achieve targets- profitability objectives at production, respect of budget- end to end ownership of devices, components and processes in Value Stream- harmonize efforts with site / functions / other VS leaders to ensure consistency and functional excellence- ensure resources allocationWymagania
- a recognized, graduate level- a technical background that allows him/her to fully understand technical constraints from different functions - the use of Project Management and Six Sigma skills enable him/her to promote solutions to technical and economical problems- experience in team management and strong leadership skills- good customer interfacing, communication and presentation skills- international experience- language skills, especially English- strategic agility, passionate, innovative, results driven, business acumen- 3-5 years of proven management experience, preferable in automotive industryOferujemy
