Treasury Process Leader
Responsibilities:
- Utilize treasury dashboard, various bank systems and applications to review payment transfers, analyse account activity and balances,
- Manage shared mailbox
- Monitor incoming payment requests, team mailbox and coordinate information exchange with Account Manager,
- Prepare payment requests in dashboard system,
- Enter and provide approvals for transfers in banking systems,
- Provide confirmation of processed wires,
- Register & reconcile processed wires and determine cash position for clients accounts,
- Work directly with banks to resolve issues related to daily transactional activity,
- Participate in treasury transition projects for other/global Captives entities locations,
- Contact business units & clients regarding any issues with payment details
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures
- Save all relevant back-up documentation at shared drive
- Prepare KPIs for NA part and participate at monthly performance calls with domiciles,
- Coordinate team work in respects to Treasury SLA-s and bank cut-offs. Escalate problems/delays and potential errors to Managers
- Assign team backups during holidays and sick leave periods, control team WFH and overtime.
- Build people process knowledge by sharing information gained on meetings with the banks/BU/trainings
Requirements:
- Availability for shift work from 14:00 to 22:30
- Min 3 years of experience on a similar role/function or in any other international company- finance department
- very good English
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient communication skills
- apability to operate in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team-player
