We are a contact center, with responsibility to offer sales and support services to an airline customers over the phone and e-mail.
We provide customer care management services for clients in Europe and North America, with 24 h /7 days a week operations and over 120 multi-lingual staff members.
- Excellent command of the primary language and English
- Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen and have a desire to help
- Very comfortable working with computer
- Interested in the airline and travel business
- Can work full time
- Prefer to work in evening and night shifts
- Experience in working in an international environment at an international company
- Good working environment in Tallinn city center
- Training provided by the company
Shifts are planned 16.00- 00.00 and 18.00- 02.00. After 6 months night shifts (from 23.00- 07.00) will be added. Night shifts are planned according to company requirements, today there is 4 night shifts planned per month.
