Job mission:
Map out and execute training plans (technical and soft skills), including internal knowledge sharing sessions
Market available trainings to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
Assess effectiveness and determine the impact of training (in-house and external) on employee skills and company goals
Plan and organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Maintain updated training curriculum and training records
Maintain budgets and relationships with trainers and consultants
2+ hands-on experience in coordination training events for multi-national company
Close familiarity with consultants, industry experts and training providers in Tech domain
Understanding of various teaching methods
Proven ability to proceed with full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Team player with a can-do attitude and passion for learning
English - B2 level
