Halfmann Goetsch Partner are looking for a team of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our new Krakow (Poland) office at the end of 2016. This junior role does not require any prior recruitment experience. Following a structured approach, we will teach you the necessary skills to enable you to become a professional recruitment consultant within 6 months. This position is ideal for career starters, university graduates or those who wish to take their career in a new direction.

Job description
WHAT WILL I DO AS A TRAINEE?
At the start you will listen, learn and use your newly acquired skills. The next step will be resourcing, which includes finding, interviewing and choosing the right candidates. This will involve the use of the telephone (cold calling), social media, and data base screening. Later you will write job adverts, specialize in a niche recruitment talent pool, and approach new clients to sell them recruitment services. Travels within Europe will be required, in order for you to meet clients and to participate in conferences.
Requirements
- University degree or previous work experience in telephone communication, sales or a client facing role. Previous recruitment experience is not a must. Examples of setting goals and achieving or exceeding your ambitions, either professionally or in your personal life.
- Fluency in either English and / or German (both at reading and writing level) is essential. Candidates who have lived in either English or German speaking countries for a period of time are of specific interest.
- An excellent communicator, with an approachable personality, good listening skills and a drive to succeed are encouraged to apply for the position.
