Trainee in Payroll Team will be supporting multiclient payroll team responsible for preparing payroll processes for our Clients. Daily duties of the Payroll team include:
- dealing with employee queries via email and telephone,
- direct payroll input into Oracle (appropriate payroll system),
- processing statutory documentation form third party providers,
- involvement in year end payroll activity,
- liaison with client as necessary with any payroll related queries / processes,
- assisting in collating payroll information for various reconciliations,
- adhoc payroll duties as required.
- Students of economics, finance or accounting or other technical faculties,
- fluent English (at least B2+ level, preferably C1) and communication skills,
- customer service skills,
- experience in using computer applications,
- strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- teamwork skills,
- self motivator,
- detail oriented,
- spotless record and strong ethos.
- paid internship for 3 months or longer,
- chosen candidate should be available to work 20-40h/week.
