The Trainee in Flexible Benefits Team plays a key role in completing the administration of an Aon Hewitt client. The Flexible Benefits Administrator is responsible for the generation and checking of reports, responding to ongoing queries from employees, clients and providers. The Flexible Benefit Administrator is a role model for the values of the firm.
Ongoing Operations:
- Execution and checking of operational and administration, using standard operating procedures, in line with SLAs/KPIs;
- Knowledge of their client's flexible benefit plan detail to enable them to support the client and the internal team;
- Updating internal facing documentation (examples are SOPs and Process Flows) which supports the client’s flexible benefit plan;
- Administration tasks are executed in accordance with the processing calendar to ensure all daily processes are completed;
- Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets);
- Responsible for responding to emails from the client mailbox to the required standard and within the required timescales;
- Responds to case management tasks from the Service Centre within the required timescales;
- Acting as a back up to the Senior Flexible Benefits Administrator with work (as required).
- Attends meetings relating to projects being carried out on the team;
- Execution of internal acceptance testing for changes to systems/functions/processes;
- Responsible for execution of testing in accordance with test scripts provided;
- Working closely with all colleagues to understand requirements and associated changes;
- Supporting system releases in the form of test support.
- Good English - B2+/C1;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Teamwork skills;
- Students of 4th/5th
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
We offer paid internship for 9 months or longer. Chosen candidate should be available to work 30-40h/week
