- Data management in the ticketing system (filtering/pulling/validation)
- Correct project timelines controlling and facilitation (SLA improvement)
- Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders on a daily basis
- Data analysis and reporting in MS Excel
- Very good analytical skills
- MS Office familiarity (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Proactive and flexibility to take over new tasks
- Very good English skills (in speaking & writing)
