The Sales Representative

Opis stanowiska:
- Acquisition of customer across UK
- Selling to customers achieving set sales and profit targets taking standards/values into consideration
- Effectively managing accounts in a multi-channel retail environment and driving growth in both traditional channels
- Creating a weekly contact plan to maximize customer facing time based on the objectives set
- Managing the CI agreements with the customers and optimizing / tracking the rebates
- Achieving set ranging and stock level targets
- Maintaining and extending customer portfolio
- Compiling targets and annual agreements
- Creating sales and sell out planning and forecast/account plan
- Doing sales planning and forecast update and reporting directly to the head office
- Maintaining business plans and review on a monthly basis and prior to any dealer visit
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with potential customers
- Promoting services to meet business strategic direction
- Identifying and resolving any issues relating to the customers
- Ensuring that all disputes are solved within set target timing in collaboration with sales support
- Managing sales accruals, rebates & stock compensation payments
- Collaborating on a daily bases with teams placed in Germany and Poland
Wymagania:
- Proven commercial experience, preferably in a similar industry such as heating industry, hydraulic, plumbing,
- Proven experience in multi-channel retailing
- Higher education, preferably with a commercial background
- MS Office experience, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record, hunter mentality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change
- Result-oriented mindset
- German language is welcome, but not necessarily
