Opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join Honeywell Building Technologies in Katowice (Poland) during this exciting time of expansion for our business. As a member of the Technical Support team, you will provide first level technical support to customers using Honeywell Building products. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day to day basis.
The Role / Core responsibilities:
- Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
- Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Ensure the safeguarding and efficient use of the Honeywell furnished materials and equipment
- Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
- Support the development of internal documentation
- Work with Level IV Senior Support Engineers on new product testing and documentation
- Comprehend and understand technical documents, quick start guides, and special application documentation
- Maintain acceptable call evaluation requirement (> 92%)
- Maintain acceptable VOC, KPI requirements

We’re looking for
- Bachelor Degree in technical field (or equivalent education or experience in similar roles)
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- At least 1 year experience in providing technical support
- Basic understanding of electronics concepts (electrical background)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Previous experience with troubleshooting software or hardware
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft
We value
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows 7, 8, 10; Server 2008, 2012
- Knowledge and experience with SQL 2005, SQ L 2008, or SQL 2012
- Experience with LAN/WAN network technologies
