We are looking for Technical Support Analysts (no experience needed!), which is a great opportunity for those looking to develop their IT and customer service skills.
THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Troubleshooting business clients by telephone, email, webchat or ticket systems – resolving basic IT-related problems and categorizing more complex issues
- Documenting information in the ticketing systems and providing the customer with information and updates
- Exploring new and creative solutions for IT problems
- Undertaking onsite training and development classes to feed your ambition in IT
