For one of the world's leading IT company located in Kraków, Poland we are looking for an Operation Manager with fluency in English.
- Enhancing operational efficiency
- Helping customers resolve network issues quickly and completely
- Providing customers with a dedicated operations manager who is familiar with the customer business and operational processes and technical support history.
- Monitoring customers" technical support needs
- Tracking every open service request and makes sure that IT resources are aligned appropriately to resolve issues quickly and completely
- Handling dedicated portfolios of prestigious clients
From the candidate we expect:
- Experience in IT operations, service delivery and incident and / or problem management
- Ability to work with internal teams
- Technical understanding, but primarily has the ability to leverage the technical expertise of others.
- Providing leadership skills, initiative taker and has the ability to work outside of process, solid understanding of business process and requirements in a support environment, questions ways of working and suggests improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Avaliable for business trips out of Poland
