Technical Sales Manager – English and/or German speaking

Job description
Your responsibilities would consist of the management of sales process at teamtechnik Production Technologies, focusing on the European market in a World Class Manufacturing environment
- Manage sales activities and pursuing business opportunities with tactical and operational focus
- Work with the internal team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives, increase the opportunities and maximize revenue for organization
- Identify potential clients, research and build relationships
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities
- Collect market intelligence based on demand-side analysis, implement well-conceived Marketing & Sales strategy
Requirements
- Competent and proficient understanding of company's core business and apply the strategy to grow the business effectively
- Determine technical and business requirements through effective customer consultation and strive to fulfil those
- Remain updated on market and technology development, attend commercial and technical training sessions
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, both short and long-term
- Ability to work proactively and with a minimum of supervision in both independent and team situations
- Serve customers, profile sales quotes, respond on customer inquiries, process sales orders
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels and activities
