Job Description:
- Become an expert on Client’s CRM product and related tools.
- Webform, Microsite and Report creation using HTML, Javascript, JQuery and SQL
- Translate business requirements into campaigns based on existing product capabilities and communicate issues or missing features to the product team
- Develop complex marketing campaigns:
- Ability to absorb business requirements and translate these to implementation plans
- System expert on existing tools - ability to interact with Product and Engineering teams when required
- Proactively identify possible problems and missing functionalities
- Troubleshoot and promptly communicate any roadblocks / issues / system errors
- Ensure quality of the campaign by extensive proofings and simulations
- Evaluate input and manage recipient data throughout campaign’s lifecycle
- Evaluate and summarize campaign results
- Communicate ideas for campaign and tool improvements
- BSC Engineering
- HTML, CSS & JQuery, Java Script, SQL, and experience with CMS back-ends
- Understanding of channel processes flows and workflows, Process Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with CRM Software, and/or in-house B2B workflow management tools.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills; detail-, excellence- and solution-oriented.
- Ability to translate business requirements into defined tasks and technical specifications.
- Open, communicative, team player with ability to collaborate and cooperate with various stakeholders at different skill levels and with diverse areas of expertise.
- Pro-active, solution-oriented, confident playing an advisory/best practice sharing role
