Position Description:
On this position you will be responsible for supporting customers with OSS Products and Solutions based on proprietary Platform (NetAct family):

Deployment and Maintenance of NetAct Platform and Products/Solutions

Deployment and Maintenance of 3rd party tools (UNIX, Linux, Oracle, IBM Websphere)

Diagnosis and monitoring of system availability

Error reporting and correction tests as well as analyses of complex problems

Supporting quality and correctness
-
Training & Consulting for Integration Projects

Preventive Tools & Services development and delivery

24/7 Emergency duty work
We are looking for you if you have…

Good Knowledge of system administration in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems
-
Knowledge of system administration in Windows Servers
-
Basic Knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, practical understanding of TCP/IP and transport network);

Database (Oracle) administrator skills
-
Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
