Team Leader with English
What duties will help you grow?
- Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements. Responsible for achieving SLA (quality and timeliness). Reviews progress and activity completion with team and reports to Management
- Responsible for customer satisfaction. Interacts with client on a regular basis and is able to handle client specific queries, issues or escalations within the client context. Ensures appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team
- Responsible for leading, motivating and assigning work in a small team. Is responsible for managing teams of on average 15 -20 FTEs; work organization and distribution. Creates work plans for team members in order to complete projects and tasks on target. Provides mentoring and proceed with people development. Is responsible for recognizing training needs in the team and monitoring learning progress. Manages and verifies new joiners’ process specific training
- Responsible for culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence). Managing continuous improvement. Aims at improving process and motivating others to do the same.
- Responsible for following control procedures and maintaining operational procedures. Process controls execution

What do you need to start?
- previous work experience preferably in Finance / Accounting / Customer Service domain
- previous experience in leading a team
- basic level of MS-Excel skills and analytical abilities
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), fluency in English
- traits of a high performer with positive attitude and willingness to supersede targets
