Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in PtP area
- Min. 1 year of experience in team management
- Experience in process migration/ process transformation will be an asset
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
- Organizing team work with assigned resources, leading the team (leadership and coaching) and securing resource planning within the team
- Being responsibility for communication between concerned parties of the process (customer, administration, competence teams, overseas departments, etc.)
- Systematically tracking and improving quality of the team performance (e.g. by reports on key performance indicators or common errors)
- Taking responsibility over client management in the team
- Supporting his/her team members with solving difficult issues
- Taking over difficult requests in case of escalation need
- Making controls when dual controls are necessary
- Initiating and leading team meetings
- Supporting training and coaching of team members on their different levels of progress
- Being responsible for the development of his/her team members
- Evaluating his/her team members and initiates half-yearly evaluation meetings
- Analysing incoming complaints and together with the Operations Manager identifies measures for troubleshooting
- Keeping up to date with procedures and process updates
- Handling administrative and other special tasks related to the team and service requested by the direct supervisor
- Being responsible for performing of internal audits tasks according to Internal Control System within the team
