Requirements:
- Min. 1 – 2 year of professional experience in team management
- Experience in SSC/BPO environment
- Experience in procurement will be an asset
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Very good knowledge of Windows applications

Responsibilities:
- Organizing team work with assigned resources, leading the team and securing resource planning
- Coordinating of effective communication between concerned parties of the process (customers, administration, competence teams, overseas departments etc.)
- Systematically tracking and improving quality of the team performance
- Taking responsibility over client management in the team
- Supporting team members with solving difficult issues
- Making controls when dual controls are necessary
- Initiating and leading team meetings (includes evaluation meetings)
- Supporting training and coaching of team members
- Analysing incoming complaints and together with the Operations Manager identifying measures for troubleshooting
- Keeping up to date with procedures and process updates
- Performing internal audits tasks according to Internal Control System within the team
