As a Team Leader, you will:

- Learn about different benefit schemes implemented for clients in EMEA region
- Build contact network with colleagues from other locations
- Be part of the team who provide Benefits Solutions platform for clients worldwide
As a part of our Team you will be responsible for:
People management:
- Supervise, train, and guid team members
- Plan and set goals for the team
- Conduct performance evaluations of employees
- Support employees with training and development activities
- Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met
- Manage the recruitment process for the team
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
Process & project management:
- Organize and monitors current activity so that the team meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow
- the agreed processes
- Lead process improvements initiatives
- Ensure updates and changes to processes are consulted with relevant stakeholders and the agreed change
- management processes are followed by colleagues
- Own quality control, management of risks and escalations
- Manage relationships between the team and Key Stakeholders: these can include Clients, Client Managers, other Aon Teams, and 3rd party providers

- A strong communicator, confident to express your own views and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that build long term relationships and trust
- An ability to positively influence the behaviours and decisions of others
- Excellent English and communication skills (written and spoken) are essential
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably economics, finance, accounting, HR or similar)
- Proven track record of People Management of a team of colleagues
- Relevant experience of working within an Operations environment preferable
- Key Stakeholder and Client Management experience at a management level
- Proven track record in delivering results to an external client base through the effective management of a team
- Experience in project/implementation work would be an asset
