As a Team Leader, you will bring together the specialists in our Shared Services team and help them work efficiently and effectively. Each Shared Services team specializes in one of our support activities, and the team leaders help to make sure the teams are engaged and their productivity is high. They act as the central contact point for all queries, resolve issues and keep things running smoothly. They manage, develop and motivate the teams, ensure our service levels are met and continually improved upon. They help us to meet our ISO accreditation standards, manage our process compliance and documentation and update our databases. They are technical experts in their field; provide guidance, education and advice to their teams and the wider business.
As a Team Leader in Recruitment Administration department, you will be the main point of contact for Recruitment Coordinators, Senior Recruitment Coordinators, Lead Specialists and Principal Specialists in Recruitment Administration, who are dealing with all queries relating to the administration function, taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion and dealing with escalation of issues.
