We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional who, as a senior HR team member will contribute to Talent Development strategy of Euroclear in Poland. In this role, you will primarily focus on the following aspects:

 

Your part of the deal:

 

You will drive learning and development activities including

  • Working closely with the business in order to understand learning and development needs and translating it into learning initiatives
  • Creating training curriculum and ensuring training sessions are planned and delivered
  • Planning and managing training budget and training reporting
  • Ensuring Group learning & development initiatives are implemented at the country level

You will support the line management and employees with a wide range of 'people' practices that drive employee development and engagement and you will play a pivotal role in developing our organization in Poland.

You will provide our line management and employees with the necessary HR advice, guidance and coaching on the people processes, HR procedures and organizational design. As such, you will play an important client facing role within the HR service delivery model towards our internal and external clients.

You will report to the Human Resources Director of the Polish Branch and you will be cooperating closely with the Global Centers of Expertise in our HC in Belgium.

 

Qualifications

 

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in Learning & Development domain, that included building and coordinating a training portfolio.
  • You have solid knowledge of the training suppliers available on the market.
  • You are familiar with a range of HR subjects with the focus on attracting, developing and retaining talents.
  • You are customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels.
  • You have experience in working with senior managers and are able to manage different demands from different stakeholders.
  • You have experience in managing projects with minimal guidance from senior colleagues.
  • You constantly strive to improve the way we work and excel at everything we do.
  • You are proficient in English.
  • You are a self-starter who can prioritize effectively.
  • A proven experience as HR Business Partner or Learning & Development Lead is an asset.
