The person appointed will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing and selection strategies to meet the talent requirements in a timely manner while ensuring consistency with global practice and standards. The role will be critical in supporting internal talent identification and internal mobility by active support of the Firm’s Functional processes. The openings for this position will be in Kraków but the person appointed will also support recruitment in the European and Asian offices as required. This dedicated support will also include the management of relationships with hiring and senior managers within the business to provide appropriate update and summary of all talent acquisition activity and to develop on-going resourcing plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work as Talent Acquisition Specialist for assigned clients to develop the appropriate resourcing plans and deliver appropriate internal and external talent to the client group. This will include working closely with the relevant Human Resources Business Partner to ensure effective planning of upcoming resourcing requirements and coordination of ongoing service delivery.
- Deploy a range of innovative and effective sourcing and selection interventions to identify and attract a diverse pool of high caliber internal and external talent. Screen and interview candidates and make valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and quality standards and to develop candidate pipelines for key roles.
- Assist the hiring manager and business partners with development/refinement of job descriptions when needed and collaborate with HR Colleagues to develop and structure appropriate offers and effectively navigate through hiring details.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree and 4 or more years’ recruitment experience dealing with professional level candidates with a proven track record in direct sourcing, designing and implementing a range of selection techniques.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills required with an ability to successfully negotiate and influence at the highest levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and at executive levels is essential as is the ability to think strategically, independently and creatively and take ownership of critical issues.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage time, priorities and projects
- Proven ability to persevere and deliver results under challenging circumstances and work well in a high performing and dispersed team,
- Experience of implementation of applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English both verbal and written is essential.
